Lodi District 2
City Council

I’m honored to be representing the entire Lodi community, not just District 2. At the end of the day, we’re here to represent and share the values of our community through policies, legislation and the actions we take.

What I value:

I value the places, people and experiences that create joy, purpose, and prosperity for our community.

What I believe:

  • I believe in family. Mine was a strong influence on my personality and professional goals.

  • I believe in respecting traditions and the value of freedom, faith, pride in country, and access to a good education.

  • I believe in personal responsibility, integrity, and hard work.

  • As a Rotarian I believe in service above self.

  • As a native Lodian, I believe in our city's future.

What I do:

Outside of serving Lodi’s citizenry on the City Council, I own The Craig Group Partners, LLC, specializing in historic preservation, planning and public policy and disaster resilience. I also manage Kettleman Station, a community shopping and service center. My local volunteer activities include the Lodi Chamber of Commerce Business Development Committee, Lodi-Tokay Rotary, Lodi Grape Festival Associate, and the San Joaquin County Workforce Development Board.

My goal in public service on Lodi’s City Council is to ensure a viable and vibrant future for Lodi – its residents and businesses – through developing and supporting policies that are community-focused and informed by best practices around the state and elsewhere.

My work experience has trained me to seek community input and to listen to resident and business owner concerns. Then, working together with all levels of government, business, and civic representatives we develop solutions for those concerns.

My goal as councilwoman is to support citizen efforts to grow Lodi in a managed way that reduces costs, creates business opportunity, supports safe neighborhoods, protects families, and revitalizes our downtown and business corridors.
